I think people just see who the ytmnd is made by and even if they dont really like it they 5 it because its from you and they feel left out if they dont get it or dont like it because other people do. I hate the song and I dont see the purpose of the ytmnd and the only reason im giving it a 3 is because ive never herd the song (despite the fact that its annoying) and it makes since to use that song with that picture and most ytmnds these days dont even do that.
