1 for plagiarism. You took almost all of what you wrote, some of it word for word, from the website Exit Mundi.
You could, at the very least, give credit.
...actually, you fail. The original song was NOT by Phil Collins, and was NOT "of the same name", as you put it. The original song was by Steve Winwood, and was called "Valerie". Next time, do check your facts.
Wow, Muffinbear, way to show that Christian love. Perhaps you should read Christ's words again, I don't think they sank in the first time you read them.
You give real Christians like me a bad name.
I would love to 5 this, because it's well-done, and even as a Christian, I adore Carl Sagan. But I can't. Sites like this only fan the flames of anger between Christians and Atheists, and they don't need more fanning (and I have said this to Whetstone and his ilk as well). As a side note, I agree Atheists are capable of seeing the beauty in nature without religion, but I don't think "beauty" was Carl Sagan's point - actually, it was more of an intellectual way of saying "be excellent to each other.
If I'd had any respect for Chris Jericho to begin with, I would be upset that he'd signed on to host this pile of steaming sh*t.
I am, however, upset with Martin Sargent. I did think he had at least a shred of dignity left.
