Good luck in Tokyo man. I was just there a few weeks ago and I had a blast. Yes that pic is most likely taken from Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills. If you get a chance, you should go there. You get to see that view, plus there is an art museum up there, I think it cost me about 1500 yen for the tour. Also if you like, for social purposes, there's a cafe/bar called Samurai Cafe in the Ueno/Asakusa area. The staff is young/fun and they all speak decent english. Google it and check it out while ur there!

Is this taken from Mori Tower? I was just there a few weeks ago, it's a great view from Mori Tower! It's not Paris, lol. That is Tokyo Tower, which is actually bigger than the Eiffel Tower.
