You should really switch from Java to Python...from old_ytmnd import users, sites, buzz. I'm pretty sure there is a Python module for that already. also tshirts

Each account could have X ammount of "Artist Favorites" that could be used similiar to the Favorite site vote--if a user receives Y ammount of Favorite votes, there sites are eligible for the Featured section
Featured Artists
Users that have an average site rating of 4.0 (or whatever you determine) with a minimum of 20 sites (again can be changed) are featured in this main page tab. Sites that have been created in the past 3 days by these users will cycle thru this tab, randomly showing any 5 eligible sites on each refresh. How often do the "Ytmnd superstars" produce a crappy site?

any chance of getting the project added as a 'contest' so that we can check it in the creation page, maybe it could get a subsection for a few days? I just have a feeling that like 10 people are going to vote : /
How about letting users see what they have uploaded to the content server, and letting them delete crap they dont use/want (test sites, bad gifs, wrong Hz audio, etc) to free up space? I know sometimes I upload 2 or 3 versions of the same gif to get synching and stuff right.
