Even if these numbers were absolutely accurate (which they aren't), the fact remains that dictatorships aren't a country full of atheists. They are regimes which dissuade the proliferation of national religion, because churches are a source of competition for the hearts and minds of the populous. The problem with your argument, is that it wasn't ATHEISTS who did the killing, it was a government. Whereas the only thing that united the other genocides WAS their religion. It was CATHOLICS who killed millions
