As a Pollock, I write notes to myself so I remember to do them later. So I don't get what you're driving at. Of course it's easier to remember general concepts than it is to remember a speech. When I write my grocery list, I write down ketchup or cookies. I don't write down the brand. Anyway, I think you're saying she's stupid because she doesn't remember EVERYTHING but doesn't have the foresight to intentionally have it written out verbatim so she has to remember NOTHING.
