I suppose some might regard me as a downvoter because I've 1 star'd a lot of things but I only rate what I think something is really worth. If someone's obviously put a lot of effort into something and it's either funny or interesting to me then I'll rate it high. 5 stars shoudl be reserved for the very best contributions, IMHO.
