We've found this is outstanding and we use it every year at Thanksgiving. It fits right up in the bird and puts all the juices and flavors right up inside the Turkey where you want them. Then when the bird cooks, the juices simmer into the meat and you have a juicy, tasty Turkey that the whole family will enjoy. The only downside was that we found the instructions a bit hard to follow and many of the illustrations did not match our experience.

It didn't sound like it came out as a log though. :(
