The idea has potential, but the execution isn't so great---Carlton's dance wasn't well synched with the music, the gif was just too small, and the name / text could use some work.
Again, there's potential there---it could become a fad (if it isn't already) if you do it right!

The cat's face and the dog shaking just *make* this. Not to mention well chosen mood music.
