I like your other work but still sticking with a 1 on this mainly because the origin is not properly cited leading to confusion about it's creation. It looks like an awesome edit and it is, only it was created by some pro at TCM. Secondly it's entirely subjective and the rip + audio edit didn't really ring my bell.
For getting movies into Image Ready like the one here, I recommend using WM recorder (or equivalent) to get the flv. Then use flv to mov to convert to a format Image Ready can import. Then open the movie in Image Ready and import however many frames you desire. I am sh*tty at just about all image editing but this method is a much easier way to rip imho.
