It's an MMO called second life, was a game where you could build things+script polygons and basically live a "second Life" I'm not quite sure the complete mechanics of the game, but I remember seeing players pull giant rods out of nowhere and build houses with it.
It was popular on G4 for awhile, but it's horrible graphics and over populated furry pop ruined it for too many people.
