Too bad that "similar IP information" means nothing. acmlm.org and jplegacy.org share the same machine and IP, but they're completely unrelated. That and eon8 was found to be in Austrailia, not Texas.

I didn't even know about Eon8 when making this, actually. And turning it into Y3K joke would be very easy (considering how the GIF is laid out, it'd just be editing one frame), though I'm not sure it'd work with the domain as "y2100" and all.

Added a bit more to the end, featuring actual programs crashing, albeit in a rather anticlimatic way. Meh.

why 2100? I originally decided to have some fun and set my computer to that date. About five different programs and a few services crashed instantly, and quite a few stopped working properly. Besides, it's more "Ooooh, Y2K!"ish than January 19, 2038 would ever be. Mabye later I'll add in a few various programs crashing (speficically, the same ones I had) just to help the effect.
