The perfect oranges thing is absolutely stupid.
You can only compare the two if the human body is perfect, which it isn't. A perfect body would never age and be immune to all pain and disease.
Drop the oranges. Then shake the table a little for millions of years. I bet at some point you wouldn't get perfect rows, but something would be aquequate. If our eyes were perfect, our vision would never fade and we'd never go blind.
Christianity is so illogical.
