Why do people keep blaming Orton for this botch, when Jericho was clearly at fault? The RKO can't look effective unless the victim falls down WITH Orton. Jericho didn't do that; either because he didn't know Randy was coming right then, or because he was focused too much on applying the Walls Of Jericho, and simply forgot about the RKO spot.
