In other words, it's unlikely it would have even worked. If it did though, a normal bomb would be just as effective and cost a small fraction to build.
Answer: The lava would likely melt the bomb casing and trigger the nuclear reaction near the surface, directing most of the energy downwards into the volcano, rather than out the top of it.

No, I don't get it, because Matlock was primarily a criminal attorney, rather than civil. 5'd for hilarity though, especially at the CSI part.
I liked it overall, but I don't know that I'd call it "symphonic." Outside of video game soundtracks, drums aren't typically as prominent as they are in your NSMB.
