You act like that was such a brilliant ytmnd. That was Tiger's face poorly pasted on Sagat's body. This is an actual image of Tiger performing an uppercut... and I prefer this version to mastersitsu's well-meaning but sub-par effort.
I thought Ryu was saying... "OHHHH YOU, KEN!" I kinda figured they were rivals, and Ryu was swearing revenge every time he gave that uppercut. For what, I don't know.
When I was a kid, I used to think Sagat was saying "FIRE". It made sense, because he'd shoot fire when he'd say it. Of course, "FIRE UPPERCUT" required a bit more thought.
