Umm, I don't know... I am using Ulead GIF animator for the GIF, and Blaze MP to extract the audio from the same video clip that runs 8 seconds. The video is running at 23 FPS, so that's what I told Ulead to make the gif at, but it still isn't working. I am not sure why they aren't synchronizing, any help would be appreciated.
