Conclusive proof that the mods of GameFAQs are a bunch of f*cking idiots.
Also, I believe the text, "MODS ARE NEVER WRONG", is being used in an ironic sense.
It's actually a generic NPC found in Earthbound. Does kinda look a bit like T, though. (At least that was MY first impression on him when I first played that game.)
No worries, mate. To be honest, I don't actually have a problem with goths (although the ones who delve WAY too far in tend to worry me a bit). I just didn't think much of the song, that's all.
