This YTMND doesn't help put us on the map. It only kills bandwidth. People are clicking this link from outside sources, and then they're closing it after hearing the audio. They're not browsing YTMND afterwards; chances are most of them aren't even paying attention to the link that they're clicking. And the few who do decide to browse YTMND after watching probably close it soon after. Why? These are two completely different types of humor. Those who like this probably aren't interested in most YTMNDs.

Really, who cares? The best part about the video is how the guy they talk to afterwards is smiling and clearly doesn't give half a crap, so they throw in a :'( emoticon based on a loose interpretation of his words.
