You can easily do so by going to an attorney or visiting www.corporate.com, which will do most of the paper work in forming either a corporation or an LLC.

I'd still be careful, Max. I've been looking at Wikipedia's entry on the incident and they noted that the image was removed from that link, but was still on the server under another link (it's off now). Maybe do a quick backup in case they welch on the deal?
