On on the site ?Cries of the Infidels
Please note the following: Skeptics 2-5 are unnamed. Solomon Benjamin Shaw, the person who wrote the "testimonials" where all of these "facts" are gathered, has offered NO proof and NO evidence of any of his "testimonials" occurring. Whetstone offers a wikipedia page to support his facts, and if we are to go by the same rules of proof, wikipedia also refutes his claims regarding Voltaire's home. If you don't believe me, check it yourself. Can we please remove this?

It is amazing how little research goes into these items.
"A mistake in their records in 1849 showed that Voltaire's home was purchased by the Geneva Bible Society, when in fact, the home is owned and operated by the French Ministry of Culture."
Other fun facts: (which I truly hope someone will make into a ytmnd), Voltaire was not allowed a burial plot near a church, he signed no recantation, he did NOT curse his friends. - http://www.geocities.com/Athens/7308/deathbed.htm One lie down, four to go.
