!!!!!!!!!!!!Y'know in MGS when a guard sees you and that alert sound goes off with the exclamation point? Five thousand just appeared over my head. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can only think of one YTMND that made me laugh this hard and it was the Picard hates Milkshakes one. I literally fell on the floor this time and almost threw up my salami sandwich. Also, I originally heard the tim taylor sound effect as the other tellitubby's reaction to the tounge, which made it better. You'vemadetheworldabrighterplace
I still think this warrants hall of fame for achieving the impossible; a genuinely hilarious Vader "no" ytmnd that's original and solely based upon this gag. Impressive.
I wish there was more music/sound or something. I can't tell if this is saying that YTMND is great at making "the man" look absurd or if children don't understand the danger of authoritarian surveillance. Or maybe it's the baby boomer generation who isn't taking government surveillance seriously enough, endangering civil liberties and privacy. Intriguing.
"Snake just happens to get shot in the eye (lawlspoiler) just precicely so that the brain suffers no damage, the nose takes no damage as it almost would have to in order for the bullet to miss the brain, and Snake cannot die from massive blood loss."
Actually that's wrong Hatikva, that's not how it happened. The bullet grazes his eye from an angle, doesn't actually go through it straight on or anything.
Big Bossed.
One reason that this site works so well is that it takes the traditionally negative association of tragic loss of the long "no" and turns it on its head for an emotional outburst of joy by Vader cheering on snow. When that realization instantly clicks in one's mind after opening the ytmnd, it's a hilarious combination of a conceptual gag and visual pun. Hence, ergo, vis a vis, concordantly, one of many reasons it should be in the hall of fame.
Everyone, if you agree, continue the chant in your next post with whatever additional comment you want to post if necessary.
"HALL OF FAME! HALL OF FAME! HALL OF FAME!"
Excellent. The sudden switch b/w dramatic music and ocarina was pulled off well for heightened comedic effect, plus the fact you chose a dark green background to blend with the dark jungle setting suggests you pay attention to details. 5. Many lulz.
I felt a little let down. For such an awesome concept, I would have liked to have heard the song go on a little longer with "Worky work Busy BEE!" incorporated in there. Do an edit where that line gets in there.
