Wow, I was thinking three all the way through this, I've never been a fan of the Congress fad. Glad I stayed to the end, when it charmingly snuck up to four and then really brought out the laughs for a five!
The video is even more hilarious. The woman takes twice as long to fall down and you get to hear the idiot mayor going off about it. I'd hate to think that guy was running my town.
Sorry you're having troubles using the preloader or even syncing with refresh, but if you can't get em to work, there's not much point even submitting it. "Hey guys, look at this site that would have been cool if I had made it right, but was unable to due to technical difficulties. Try to rate the site on how it WOULD have been if it were working properly, kthx." Good luck fixin the glitches.
