Upon immediate review, I may be wrong. I notice the reel on the side of the Sega control, which probably rules out an accelerometer existing inside the control.
The Sega controller is more a copy of the updated PS3 controller, actually. It's an accelerometer, whereas the Wii control detects its location in 3D space.
