Meh, the remix of the music could be better, it's been done, looping is poor, etc. Still, I'm gonna vote 4 since you labeled it as the best game from the 90's. Definitely deserves to be in any top 10. This is where the Mega man franchise peaked. Best game soundtrack ever?
