If Myspace obtained legal documentation from the Russian CatFood company and/or the owner of that same cat, then Myspace did nothing wrong. Problem is, they trademarked it without permission as far as I know. YTMND doesn't even have to fight this war since the law will do it for us, but we help get the point across. ;p
Full of pretention and some false information. Yes, it was featured on some Russian cat food, but the Default Copyright Law prohibits distribution of plagerized images for profit. YTMND, and Something Awful etc made gags out of it, yes, but did not slap it on a T-Shirt to sell it. People saying YTMND and Something Awful are the "homes" of Happycat aren't far off from accurate since the FAD originated from SA and found its way here.
