... jeh. It's DTMF (touch tone phone) tones, mixed with similar MF (CCITT R1) tones (which are similar to DTMF, just different frequencies). I made up simple sequences of those two types of tones, and mixed them with a 'modulation' function in Adobe Audition. That method produced teh surprisingly amusing cascading effects. (Lastly, I applied teh stereo-panning to make it 'spin'.) ... Use the sound if you want; I hereby release it to teh public domain. I'll use it again in another YTMND

You may have to quit and restart your browser.
(If the QT control panel shows no 'WAVE audio' or 'MPEG audio' setting: Quit the control panel, quit browsers, re-open control panel. Reboot if necessary.)
