I live in Japan, so maybe I can clarify a bit... This isn't anything sexual at all really, au by KDDI is actually a mobile phone provider. It's no joke, I've seen girls dressed like this at the electronics stores in my cities, it's just kind of the uniform that they wear. Not sure what they're doing here though, probably just some large promo event in Tokyo.
