PS3 sent credit card info unencrypted, meaning anyone with a packet sniffer (this is very common tool for programmers/network people) could see your data. An example of what this looked like is : "http://www.psn.com/store?creditcard=Visa&creditcard_number=1
234567". THEY fucked up, not any "hacker" IE: 2 guys using rebug CFW to put a regular ps3 into service mode and tunnel into their network. It's a witch hunt , but that's what all fine mega corperations do when they fuck up, blame someone else.
