Also, if you want, this is where you can hear the full version of the song I used. I had a hard time finding it, yet I remember hearing it quite a lot on the radio before: http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=41953786

If you want to download this game, be sure to have DOSBox on your computer. Then, go here: http://www.squakenet.com/computer_games/6768/Hoyle's-Book-of-Games---Volume-1/download.html And click on "Where to download Hoyle's Book of Games - Volume 1" and it'll give you your options, and if the site requires a sign up. This is how I got my version of the game, though I don't remember which mirror site I used to download it from.

I shouldn't have followed the rules and labeled this as "NSFW", because even though I wanted to make sure it wouldn't get taken down because I used the "F" word, I looked at another site that quickly flashed a man's penis and saw that it didn't have the label attached to it. So, until a mod approves of the changes I made in my attempts to re-edit and submit it as "SFW", if you wouldn't mind labeling it as such too, that'd be nice.
September 2nd, 2009
(-2)
You can un-NSFW it by editing it. Anyways... ... sooooo... where's this site with penises everyone's talking about... =D

I did un-NSFW it, but so far, I haven't seen any results.
September 3rd, 2009

Oh good, it's SFW. Now I should just change the image to that of an Old Maid getting serviced double time from both Ray Liotta and John Leguizamo, but still make it look like it's from an old DOS game. e-Gold to anyone who makes that image come into YTMND fruition.

For the longest time, I always thought that guy was Robin Hood, simply because I played this game a lot when I was real young, and couldn't read but could identify things based on whatever image I could relate it to. So whenever I saw that guy, I always thought he was Robin Hood. I actually still thought that when I re-downloaded the game, but was surprised to find out it wasn't. Still though, for my own personal nostalgic kick, I described him as Robin Hood.

Someone should read these comments and compile images based on who we think looks like who and re-make this with the real life faces imposed over the DOS ones.

little known fact: the bearded fellow in the middle row is none other than Sierra On-Line co-founder Ken Williams.
September 24th, 2010

In the game itself, when you're choosing your opponents to play against and you click on them, they each tell you who they are and give some background on themselves. While most of the characters and their backgrounds are fictional, some of them are real Sierra programmers who worked on the game, and probably put themselves in as a gag or something to that effect.

Top left more-serious is a splitting image of my friend Cameron with a mustache.
