Well, I mean, I don't know a whole lot about him myself. What I meant was I was trying to find out in what way he annoys people. For example, BTape annoys people by NSFW'ing peoples sites. What is Fourest's method of annoyance?

Making tons of alts and downvoting everyone else's sites and upvoting his own, churning out tons of DVD rip, popular fad - whoring sites, rabid E-venging, deleting his own sites whenever they get a rating lower than 4, etc.

Also he's incredibly petty. One time I got one of my sites on U&C for a few hours, and he downvoted it with all of his alts and left this comment (direct quote): "Delete this site now you little bitch"
