I like it how they always try and use the law to defend themselves. It seems like the entire church relies entirely on lawyers, copyrights, and other kinds of junk.

Even though the Scientologists are a despicable organization, Germany has no moral right to ban someone's religion. Such moves only lead to strife, squabbles and battles, not peace or cooperation. They also have banned Naziism, as well as Nazi symbols such as the Swastika. What they fail to realize is that fascism can not be stamped out with more fascism. Fascism can only be defeated with freedom.

If they wish to prosecute the Scientologists, there are many ways to go after them that do not impinge on personal freedom. They can go after them for the numerous questionable deaths related, as well as for the legal intimidation they have used against people who have spoken against Scientology.

Are you saying that it is okay for Germany to prosecute those who wear a swastika?
