Seriously though, the original was much better. I'm going to have to agree with joejew on that only. I don't give a f*ck about us stealing other shows from the UK. But this one was done poorly. ytmnd isn't really worth a 1 though.

the show wasn't really stolen. the american version was created by the guy who played david brent in the uk one. SO ITS THE WAY HE WANTED IT. but ive never watched the american one before

joejew, everyone's entitled to their opinion, but you only needed to post maybe one or two comments about this. Personally, the US version is one of my favorite shows and I prefer it over the UK version. BTW, it's not a sitcom like friends. Friends was the gayest sh*t ever. Thats my own personal opinion.

The US version has more episodes, so ha ha.

Talking in full sentences and using advanced vocabulary that you normally would not use shows how eloquent and sophisticated you are on the Internet.

Creed gets some of the best lines on the show. "I'm a pretty normal guy. I do one weird thing: I like to go in the women's room for number two. I've been caught several times, and I have paid dearly."

I’m not offended by homosexuality. In the 60s I made love to many, many women – often outdoors in the mud and the rain – and it’s possible that a man slipped in. There’d be no way of knowing...

Creed has a distinct "old man smell." I know exactly what he's talking about. I sprout mung beans on a damp paper towel in my desk drawer. They're very nutrious but they smell like death.
