so a site of mine with 300-1000s of votes got a 4.5 because at one point in 2005 i voted 5 on a site where a single user claimed he would vote 5 on all of your sites? In case you dont remember TheUpvoter account from back then wasnt just a typical account, it was a Dr L337 style gimmick so famous his theme song ended up on a YTMND soundtrack, and his sites were actually funny, fighting with Adverb, and often got high ratings from people on their own merit. The gimmick and people doing the same thing he Does eventually got old, and new people who try the same trick get reamed out, but if you're going to continue justifying bad voting behavior based on what you saw as other peoples bad voting behavior, I don’t see where you get the gall to think you're the fair one. There MAY be a correlation, although I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't, but the most important factor in garnering votes are popularity of original content and popularity of the user. Aside from that, most examples to the contrary are outliers rather than the norm. "It is copied and cited just like many other images and sounds on YTMND from all over the internet." And it is unoriginal and uncreative just like many other YTMNDs. You can't justify good sites by showing how similar yours is to bad ones.
