It doesn't work like that, we (the moderators) are the ones who decide if it's NSFW or SFW. The buttons are just there so we can tell what the majority of the people think (it shows up like 90% say NSFW, 10% say SFW). Just a convenience.

Actually, I don't mean to burst your bubble here, but it's too easy for a user to sfw his own site again. All they need to do is edit and check "I am confident this site is worksafe." If it really is worksafe, then mods won't care about the change. But I still fived this because I laughed while I watched it.

It doesn't work. mods are just sent reports saying "x people marked this NSFW" and then they can choose to make it NSFW. The site is protected due to being in the Hall of Fame, so it can't be changed to NSFW by a mod. Besides, the site isn't actually NSFW. Just wait it out, however annoying it is, until the new moderator force is implemented and action is taken.

Some bandwagon's are worth jumping on.

Wrecksan: Sphonix had his site HOF'd by max. In short, he can't do anything with it. However, we can influence it indirectly whether by emailing Tom Mabe or by petitioning or by forcing it on top of the moderation queue.

all signs point to max as the culprit (aka savior) who changed the image on the site.

Oh and the reason he can't delete it is because it became a moderator favorite by Max because of its popularity. Otherwise Sphoinx would of deleted it already.

It can't work and there is nothing WE can do about any of this. Sorry but this is pointless.

Well, I recently contacted one of the people from his friend's list on digg.com to see if I could get some kind of AIM or MSN contact, but the kid doesn't even remember Sphonix. Another idea sh*t-canned.

Just look at #2 as #1. Get over it. NSFWing the site will make it go away? Like you think Max isnt making money off the unsolicited hits by unregistered users? 2k?
