I'm not a thief or a some dumb *ss cartoon character thug.. if you don't do what the police say they should be able to do what ever they want to stop you. hes clearly resisting arrest. Hes fighting with the cops so they wont cuff him. Hes just another scumbag that deserves it. I'm not a big fan of the police but in this case its justified. Dont look at a 2 second snip it of a video and make your conclusions based on that. Most of you idiots blindly believe what other idiots tell you. Do some research and find out for yourself. Sometimes you need to punch someone to get their obedience. Everyone has their day in court..thats when you fight back.
