While I'm not a mod, I would guess that either the image is stolen of 4chan, Something Awful, or Ebaum's. Sometimes it's because a site is flagged NSFW and the creator keeps editing the site to lose the flag. I remember Syncan killing a popular site because of that, but I don't remember which one.

If the sites are two offensive, its that much more of a reason to bring back YTMNSFW because if they get enough fives to make it to the list, i want to see it.

Yeah, but there's offensive, but funny then there is downright disgusting. Do people really want to see a picture of two women covered in feces kissing? When a site gets flagged as NSFW, all the creator has to do is edit anything (sound, picture, keywords, description) and it looses the warning. If the creator does this enough then the site gets killed. I will say it would be nice if the mod comments on why he/she killed a site.

I don't think mod kill sites for an ego trip. Even though Adverb had his mod status revoked, I wouldn't say he abused his "power". I tell you, if I was a mod I would kill any site that was a post of a news article or a forum thread. Those aren't YTMNDs. PM Syncan if you want more information. He's friendly and will reply back.

To zyx2323: Censored Porn is still around. Just because the NSFW site disappeared doesn't mean all the NSFW sites were deleted. It's all been condensed into YTMND.
