The confederate flag is used by the KKK as a symbol. The KKK is an organization based on hate and racism. Therefore, their symbol is a symbol of hate. Afterall, the swastika wasn't a symbol of hate till hitler got his hands on it. As for anarchists, I doubt you'd wish to live in an anarchist world. Anyone who would hasn't seriously considered it.
