"Liberal publications" If you repeat a lie five times, it becomes the truth. That's once. VILLAGE VOICE - liberal publication. MOTHER JONES - liberal publication. Washington Post - frequently contradicts own fact-based news stories praising Shrub on editorial page, in other words NOT a liberal publication.
July 30th, 2006
(0)
not enough time to read it. i had to press stop, then refresh, then stop, then refresh.
July 30th, 2006

Liberal, conservative, whatever - go Max. But WP is only liberal to those who consider the Wall Street Journal moderate.

That there "ytmnd" site looks familiar. BTW, the last line is poking fun at their own mention of the National Endowment (mind, leave gutter plzkthx) of the Arts.

(0)
"Of course, these were serious and meant to make A Point" ruined any credibility this had
July 30th, 2006
(0)
Yay for reading! Except Philip Glass sucks. YTMND is more of a John Cage thing, with tons of various bits of media in every direction with no set goal or focus for attention.
July 30th, 2006
(0)
Did that Post writer suggest that the style of the original yourthemannowdog was only "limited to avant-garde artists?" No offensive to be given to Max, but it was just a simple loop of a sound embedded on a webpage of a repeating background. I think some of these writers really try to hard to give out positive reviews.
July 30th, 2006
(0)
I wonder how many will send angry letters to the Post complaining about the name of the user who made picard.

I was reading through some of the posts and was shocked to see Syncan and Adverb DOWNVOTING.... WTF is wrong with you guys? Dont you want to see the site thrive and prosper? This is what that article did for us... gave us coverage and I want to know why you donwvoted... cocks
July 30th, 2006
(0)
Ok, look: This is not "exposure" or "good press" YTMND.COM IS IN THE f*ckING WASHINGTON POST! THAT IS SO HUGE! WHOA
July 30th, 2006
(0)
I'm pretty neutral on this subject
July 30th, 2006
(0)
Just occurred to me, and I'm completely serious - this very article describing YTMND as a forum for political commentary really helps solidify our credibility when it comes to fair-use of copyrights. I mean, the Washington freakin' Post invited the whole world to appropriate a photo and create a political editorial cartoon here - even if it was a backhanded swipe at the general level of humor (Bush eating bloody babies ?)... Or a Happycat is fine, too.
