Actual new story. Sure. I hope you realise, though, that 95% of government programs never see the light of day. Like solid-state laser weapons, EM pulse projectile defense systems, MISSILE defense systems, railguns (those might be coming out, actually, but the publicity on them is ANCIENT), exoskeletons, the f*cking AICW, etc.

welll.. after reading the dsicriptino, no, its not a prism tank, thats what einstein came back and invented.. it would more resemble.. imo... the avenger ..."Avenger A mobile platform, the Avenger can paint airborne and ground targets with its Point Defense Laser.
