Don Lafontaine: Safety Not Guaranteed

Don Lafontaine: Safety Not Guaranteed
This is a clip of Don Lafontaine(the movie trailer guy) saying the Safety Not Guaranteed ad. Most of you won't listen to me, but please don't flood Lafontaine's inbox with requests, he sent this to me as a favor, don't make him regret indulging a fan.

The concept of, say, 'Safety Not Guaranteed' voiced by a pretend-16-year-old on crack and Pixie Stix makes me shudder just a little. How about Auron's voice actor instead?

Jessica Calvello?? Do you REALLY want Excel saying this? No. It's gotta be either Steven Blum or Daran Norris, because this clip /needs/ a bad ass. Or a complete pussy, at which point I would say one of the gays from Sex And The City

I don't know about MGS, but this guy did voice Duke Nukem (before Forever became a joke, when DN3D was the king).. not to mention the Full Throttle voice.. this is all entire ownage.

Yeah, but I've been sitting on this audio for months trying to get a good picture, and I just lack the skills to make one, so I figured I might as well just make a cheesy image and share the awesome audio.

"How about: "You're the man now dog!" Oh wait..." Well that one's obvious. What I'm saying is there anything people would prefer moreso than others. Or do you just want a bunch of folks saying "You're the man now dog"?

Whatever. The main point is that you should do something with awesome audio instead of just sh*tting it out. I didn't intend to turn this into a dick-waving contest with the "celebrity YTMND quotes" thing either, but I'll post audio as I get it *shrugs*

"Fine, humbajoe, you show me all the clips you have of celebs saying things from YTMND." Are you f*cking joking? Do you really think that someone being a celebrity is really a distinguished title? Or, that a celebrity responding to your email somehow makes this creative? In fact, if someone responds to your email personally, they're not a celebrity. Celebrities have people for that, because they are known by large amounts of people who demand large amounts of time which they don't have.

Second BigDawg. I like another thing he said: (when asked whether he has refused any voice work because of the quality of the movie or the script) (paraphrased) "I never make that judgment.
