Triclyde/Carib, I cant really stand up some of those examples for various reasons, but saying that Picard is the same thing as grabbing a funny pic from somewhere else and lazily slapping on a sound file thats been used here 440 times already, is absolute bullsh*t. if picard.ytmnd.com just took the whole song, youd have a point, but that site never was about the song, its about that one part looping forever introducing Picard and his position. silenoz and hank know way better than you on this issue, and If there was a "police" of this site, I'd certainly put the badge on them ahead of you guys, especially if you're justifying this piece of sh*t. I bet a year ago you'd be on the anti-ebaums bandwagon while still 5ing this site.

finally (and i'm separating each of my points here) dont hold the HoF up as approval from max about any of those sites as quality, including mine. he's gone out of his way enough times telling everyone that he put them there mostly to get them off the old top 5 on the front page - thats why since the front page changed next to nothing has been added to it.
