That's a communications satellite, and the glitch has nothing to do with the programming what-so-f*cking-ever. SkyNET linked all the military operations of automated systems for combat and fuzzy logic thinking. Have a 3. +2 for Terminator Music. Because spraying water on the launch pad to cool it from a rocket launch does not influence the computer programming unless it blows up the rocket. Have you learned nothing from the movie either?
