I'm assuming that you are promoting anarchy but if anarchy were to exist it would eventually be replaced by a government. Think of it like this. In your anarchist house you have a room mate that will steal your stuff since it isn't illegal. You will eventually attack that room mate for stealing your stuff and it soon becomes a known rule that theft will be punished. And what are laws besides rules enforced by the government?
