To you IDIOTS who claim that the atari 2600 was 8-bit, you are wrong. The 2600 used a variant of the 6502, which the NES CPU was also based on and the NES was most DEFINITELY 8-bit. Some simple references: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atari_2600 http
